Buhari finally departs Nigeria for London

President Muhammadu Buhari, has finally departed Nigeria for the United Kingdom, UK.

We gathered that yyesterday the President will today leave for UK, where he would hold discussions on Nigeria – British relations with Prime Minister, Mrs Theresa May.

Sharing a video of Buhari’s departure via his Twitter handle, on Monday, Buhari’s Personal Assistant on New Media, Bashir Ahmad wrote: “President @MBuhari departs Abuja for an official visit to the United Kingdom where he will hold discussions on Nigeria – British relations with Prime Minister, Theresa May, prior to the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meetings scheduled for 18th to 20th April, 2018.”

You will recall that each time Mr President embarked on foreign trips and within the period of his stay, the shrinking  economy seem to get back on track and the skyrocketing of consumable seem to be on the decline.

Also, the president since his assumption of office on May 29, 2015 had never missed foreign trips amidst the uncertainties facing invariably, every sectors of the economy, including governance.

Yearning and prospective Nigerians are waiting to see a purposeful and a prosperous bilateral tides with the UK on the planned meetings.

What would Nigerians be expecting from the forthcoming meeting and from the president, lies within the policies that would be presented and the discussions from Nigerian leader.
